#064. Zero F*cks, Indifference, And Talking About Suicide

What starts out as talk on the differences between “giving zero f*cks” in a positive manner that helps other humans (and ourselves) get better versus detracting from our existence drifts toward the acknowledgement of suicide as a rising contemporary issue in our times.

The podcast doesn’t have all the answers, but Jake and Craig aren’t shying away from asking bigger questions and seeking action that goes way beyond simply “raising awareness”.

It’s a great show and we hope it helps.

Consider the effects of suicide on the survivors … it leaves a legacy for the generations that follow. Suicide is frequently repreated in successive generations, is that what you want for your children and grandchildren? Suicide is the most selfish act a human can commit. Your survivors will never recover from the guilt, grief and horror left behind. Please take responsibility for yourself; see a psychiatrist, take your meds and see a therapist. You will recover but it takes effort but you are worth it. Your life is so valuable to so many people who love and care for you.
