Fix Yourself Friday: Get Rid of Plantar Fasciitis for Good

In my full time years as a running Coach, the most common injury I’ve seen it Plantar Fasciitis. Typically, an athlete exhibits heal pain or stabbing pain throughout their foot upon walking first thing in the morning.
