Minimalist Approach to Marathon Training

This week I was featured on Paleo Runner Podcast, produced by fellow 3Fu3l ambassador Aaron Olson. Until Aaron asked me to be on the show, I didn’t realize the caliber of endurance coaches, athletes, and writers he’s already featured including TJ Murphy, Phil Maffetone, and Brian Mackenzie. His podcast is a great resource for any runner. Each podcast aims to educate people on running, eating and living.

During my show, we discussed my minimalist approach to marathon training and how I can still run a sub 2:50 marathon with only 15-20 miles of training per week.
