Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.
Team up. Full recovery between rounds. Have fun.
Option 1: B/A pullup with red band only
Option 2: 75% of bodyweight bench press. Pullup sub of choice.
Option 3: Weights and subs of choice. DO NOT EXCEED 20 pull-ups at sub of choice per round.
