S: Romanian Deadlift (RDL). 10-10-10-10-10. WU to a medium weight and begin. 2:00 rest between efforts.
C: 5 rounds for time of:
6 front squats at 60% of your 1RM
12 OTB burpees

LIII: 4 front squats @ rx’d weight. 9 burpees.
LII: Weight of choice at rx’d rep scheme.
LI: Weight of choice at LIII rep scheme. Squat thrusts okay.

PWMOB: Couch Stretch. Stretch hamstrings. Lax ball in C/S/B.

S: 5 rounds. 10 KB RDL (one in each hand) + 20 sit-ups. :60 rest.
C: 5 rounds for time of:
6 KB front squats
12 OTKB burpees
