CTF is an exciting place to be. We do lots of things and have lots of fun.

Our first ever CTF member survey taught us a great deal about what you (our community) enjoy, what you would like to see more of and where we can improve.

Over the coming months, we will be implementing what we have learned in order to live the action-oriented philosophy we teach to you: the notion of kaizen, or  “continous improvement.”

Look for these exciting changes beginning May, 4:

  • Our Monday through Thursday 5pm class will move to 5:30pm
  • PrimalFit will move to 5:30pm on Wednesdays and 10am on Saturdays… with special “Get Some Mo’ Days” on some Saturdays that will extend class well beyond 60 minutes.
  • CTF is opening up PrimalFit, Body Chisel, Yoga and Mobility class to our entire CTF community. Any member, come to any class, at any time.
  • Get summer started right! Throughout the month of May, schedule one FREE Thirty Minute Skill Session with Coach Craig to talk about, or work on, anything you want to. A $55 value! Homework included where applicable. Thanks CTF!

Special Announcement: BEACH YOGA HAS BEGUN!

Head down to Coligny Beach now through Labor Day on Monday (with Marty Crocker), Wednesday and Friday (with Karen Varechia) at 9am for some yoga in the sand and sun. This is no extra charge for members of the CTF Army.

Keep on eye out for a Saturday beach workout in May (Beach Murph anyone?) and our first ever mind-blowing gymnastics course with Island Gymnastics owner and coach, Julie Stone!
