50 Box Jumps 24″/20″
50 Burpees
50 OHS 45/35
800m Run

Step up and step downs are encouraged with box jumps. All teammates run or row. Teams must complete all reps of the movement before moving on to the next movement.

Option 1: 35 reps at rx’d.
Option 2: 50 reps at Weights and heights of choice.
Option 3: 35 reps at weight, heights and subs of choice. 400m run/walks okay.
