Workout:

As One Team.
1 mile run.
Max One Team Tire flips in the Pine Grinder in 12:00.
1 mile run.

Option 1: Run/walk 800m or row 1 mile.

Rules: Run a mile. As soon as you get back, start flipping. Rotate Teammates on the flips at will. More than one person can help flip the tire. Tire must remain in Pine Grinder. The clock stops when the last teammate is done with Mile #2. The amount of reps your team performed on the tire flips will be divided by the total time (in seconds) it took your class to complete the workout. We will do this workout again at some point so PLEASE RECORD YOUR SCORE!!
