C: Queen of Hearts Workout. For time:

In teams of 2. (Or more if that’s your thing…)

– Each team will start the workout with a deck of cards. BRING YOUR OWN DECK OF CARDS! 🙂
– At 3,2,1, Go, a team member will flip over the top card and both team members will complete the reps and the movement dictated by the suit and number on the card. For example, if team member 1 flips over a 10 of Diamonds, then both teammates would complete 10 reps of 4-count mountain climbers.
– Teams must wait until both teammates have completed all of the reps on that card before they can flip over the next card.

Diamonds- 4-count mountain climbers
Hearts- Partner Squat to Throw (Partner 1 squat to throw + Partner 2 squat to throw = 1 rep) 20# ball, partners are 12 feet apart.
Clubs- Partner medball situp to throw (Partner 1 sit-up to throw + Partner 2 sit-up to throw = 1 rep) 20# ball, partners abmats are 4 feet apart
Spades- 4-count bicycle kicks

Face Cards (Jacks, Kings, Queens) = 10 reps. QUEEN OF HEARTS= GIVE YOUR PARTNER A KISS AND YOU DON’T HAVE TO DO ANY REPS!
Aces = 11 reps
Jokers= 800m run

LIII: 14# ball.
LII: Weights of choice. Alternate partners on Diamonds and Spades, and alternate reps on Hearts and Clubs. 400m run okay.
LI: LII + run or row distance of choice.

PWMOB: Full body rollout.
