MOB/WU: Full body mobility. Review movements.

In Teams of 2 or more:
1 mile medball run
100 4-count bicycle kicks
1 mile medball run
100 KTE
1 mile medball run
100 MB situp to throw

*Both partners run.
*Split up the movements between partners any way you wish.
*Teams must complete all reps of one movement before moving on to the next movement.

PURPOSE: Breathe. Work. Have fun with your friends.
