C: Team “300”.
In teams of 2, complete the following for time.
This workout has a 25:00 cap.
Both partners DO ALL REPS.
Your Team must complete all reps of a movement before moving on to the next movement.

For time:
Pullups – 25 reps
Barbell Deadlift with 135/95. – 50 reps
Pushups – 50 reps
24-inch/20-inch Box Jumps – 50 reps (step up/step down recommended)
Floor Wipers 135/95 – 50 reps
Single-Arm Clean-and-Press with 35/18 Kettlebell – 50 reps
Pullups – 25 reps

LIII: Break up the rep scheme between partners any way you wish.
LII: Weights of choice, subs of choice at rx’d requirements
LI: Weights of choice, subs of choice at LIII requirements.

TNT/Chisel: KB deadlifts ok. Unloaded BB floor wipers ok.

PWMOB: Full body rollout.
