LIII: 20 Clean and jerks at rx’d. 40 pull-ups.
LII: Weights and subs of choice at rx’d rep scheme.
LI: 800m run/walk. 30 AKB swings. 40 ring rows. 50 situps. 800m run/walk.

PWMOB: Full body rollout.

Chisel/TNT: 30 sledgehammer strikes per arm.

Advanced: You must perform all reps of the movement before moving on to the next movement.
Endurance: 115/75 on the clean and jerks.
