CTF’s Youth Athlete Conditioning (YAC) Summer Program is for 13-18 year old year round athletes interested in improving full body conditioning through strength, speed, plyometrics, and endurance training.
10:00 – 11:00 AM Every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday June 6 – August 11
The YAC Summer Program includes a fitness “report” card, individual video analysis, gym and field work, nutritional guidance and a t-shirt! (Athletes can miss (6) sessions and will receive training “homework” while away.)
The cost is $394 and space is limited to the first (20) student athletes.
