6 Strict Shoulder Press (off the ground, not out of rack)
12 OTB Burpees (both feet must pass OTB at the same time)
LII: 8 OTB burpees
LI: Reps of choice at subs of choice.
PWMOB: Lax ball in C/S/B/Forearms/Glutes. Pigeon Pose. Triceps Stretch.
S: 5 rounds: Every 3:00 perform: 10 DB/KB push press + 10 pushups + 20 TNT Situps.
C: Same. Use DB. Burpee over the DB.
S: Push Press. 5×5.
C: Same. Squat Thrusts okay. Step over the barbell okay.
