I’ve experienced so many races now that my ability to sleep and not get too anxious the night before a race is a lot easier these days. That was never the case in my first few, but the experiences were well worth it.

If its your first triathlon expect the nerves. They’re normal. You’re only acting like a human should the night before a triathlon. By taking on this challenge and new experience you’re changing your life. You have decided to take the plunge.
