Training Tweaks – The Marathon

Participation in marathons continues to rise exponentially year after year. Unfortunately, the training prescription often relies on mileage based volume to prepare people for the distance. Yes this approach works, but there is another way to get the same results. A training regiment that in my opinion is more holistic and safe.
