:60 of sit-ups with twist (cup your hands by your ears and keep them there, make sure the backs of your shoulders touch the ground at extension, at full flexion, bring your right elbow to the outside of your left knee and then your left elbow outside of your right knee. That is one.)
:60 of OH lunges (alt. legs) 45/25
:60 of burpees
:60 of 4-count flutter kicks
