In teams:
4 rounds of:
Max Calorie Row in 6:00
Max Sledgehammer Strikes in 2:00

– 1 rower per team. 1 sledgehammer per Team.

– There can be as many people on a Team as you like.

– On the call of “Go”, your Team will begin rowing for 6:00. You can switch partners at any time and as often as you like.

– Upon completion of the 6:00 your Team will immediately launch into sledgehammer strikes for 2:00, again partners can switch at anytime and as often as you like. We suggest alternating lead arms at every new turn you take to work on sexy things like body symmetry, proprioception, hand eye co-ordination, balance, etc.

-Upon completion of Round 1, you will immediately begin Round 2.

– Complete this for 4 rounds and record two scores to the board next to your Team name: max calories rowed/max strikes of the sledgehammer
