The YAC Program is designed to boost improvement in strength, speed, power, plyometrics, flexibility, balance and agility in girls and boys already involved in sports (e.g. soccer, track and field, volleyball, basketball, tennis, crew, wrestling and lacrosse).

NIH research indicates improved conditioning in strength, flexibility, balance and agility reduces the injury rate in elite youth athletes.

Not only will an increased vertical jump, decreased sprint times and improved strength provide competitive advantage for YAC athletes, but the program is also designed to assist in recovery from, and preparation for, weekend competitions.

A maximum of 12 participants will be accepted into each YAC session.

YAC athletes have fun, stay healthy, improve performance and grow in confidence. They’re not just improving in sports, they’re improving in life!

Each session must meet the 8 participant minimum to make.
