Six weeks of great competition with great competitors all comes down to this!

It’s going to be quite a show! Who’s name will go on the Francesca Cup in 2014? Who will rise this fall?

Here is your playoff workout:

For time:
75 burpee pullups
150 wallball shots 14# ball to a 10′ target

The Twist:

This is a flat out balls to the wall race. Winner moves to the finals. A boy must follow a girl and a girl must follow a boy. You must complete all reps of movement one before moving to the next movement.

Males will jump to the 8′ bar, Females to the 7’6″ bar. (Females under 5’2″ may jump off a 45# bumper plate.)

The finals workout will be released after the victors have claimed their right to compete.

2014 Fall League Playoff Seeds: 6:30pm Thursday, 10/23/14.
The top 4 teams will go at it to see who can get in the finals.

Match 1: OG’s (#1) v. Boots and Pants (#4)
Match 2: Power and Pace (#2) v. Bad News Bear Crawls (#3)

Both matches will commence at the same time.
Finals to follow 10 minutes after the playoffs.
