You must perform all reps of the movement before moving on to the next movement.
One person works at a time.
Both partners run.

LIII: 45 reps of each
LII: Rx’d reps at subs of choice.
LI: LIII reps at subs of choice. 400m runs okay.

PWMOB: Full body mobility.

Advanced: 90 reps of each.
Endurance: None
