Parking lot sprint (out front door- touch first line at crosswalk and turn back- sprint past wooden light post)
Option 1: 15 KB swings @ rx’d.
Option 2: 6 rounds at weight of choice
Option 3: 6 rounds and 15 reps at weight of choice/round
