S: Power Clean. 7-7-7. WU to 60%. These should be light, fast, and efficient. These are tap and go lifts.

C: 4 rounds. :30 work/:30 rest at each station.

Leg Lifts

OTB Burpees (both feet must pass OTB at the same time)

LI: Weight of choice. OTB squat thrusts okay. Step over the bar okay.

PWMOB: Lax ball in C/S/B/Forearms. U/D dog X3. Firelog stretch. Hamstring stretch.

Advanced: 60% of Push Press 1RM if above 95/65
