EMOM complete;
3 burpees
Start w/burpees

Intention: Be durable, be technical. Dig in.

Option 1: 80 reps at rx’d weights.

Option 2: 100 reps at 75/55

Option 3: 80 reps at weight of choice.

Advanced: 40% of your 1RM if over 95/65

Endurance: None
