WU: 9am arrival. 10 BB OHS. 10 Pull-ups.

Workout 15.2: 

As many reps as possible in 3 mins of:

2 rounds of:

10 Overhead Squats, 95/65 lbs
10 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups

If the 2 rounds are completed in the 3 minutes, perform an additional 2 rounds in the next 3 minutes, but increase the reps to 12.

If the 2 rounds are completed in the 3 minutes, perform an additional 2 rounds in the next 3 minutes, but increase the reps to 14.

If the 2 rounds are completed in the 3 minutes, perform an additional 2 rounds in the next 3 minutes, but increase the reps to 16.

Follow the same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds within 3 minutes.

Score is total reps completed.

Scaled/Masters/Teens: 

As many reps as possible in 3minutes of:

2 rounds of:

6 Overhead squats, 65/45 lbs
6 Chin-over-bar pull-ups

Follow the same pattern at RX’d until you fail to complete both rounds in the 3minutes.

Masters Scaled/Teens Scaled: 

As many reps as possible in 3minutes of:

2 rounds of:

6 Overhead squats, 45/35 lbs
6 Jumping chest-to-bar pullups

Follow the same pattern as RX’d until you fail to complete both rounds in the 3minutes.

No Barbell Division:

As many reps as possible in 3 mins of:

2 rounds of:

10 Goblet Squats 53/35 lbs
10 Ring Rows
