MOB/WU: Dynamic mobility with coach. 400m run

REVIEW: T2B. 8 count bodybuilders. 4-count bicycle kicks

In teams of 2 complete the following:

Complete 2 rounds for time of:

Run 1 mile

50x 8-count body builders

50x toes to bar

50x walking lunges (standing in place is okay)

50x 4-count bicycle sit ups

Both partners run. One partner performs movement at a time. Teams must complete all reps of the movement before moving on to the next movement.

LIII: 35 reps at each movement

LII: 50 reps at each movement, T2B subs of choice

LI: 35 reps at each movement. Subs of choice. 800m run/walks okay.

PWMOB: Full body rollout or 9:30 mobility class
