Ascending Ladder:
1 Deadlift 155/105
1 Hang power clean 155/105
10 RKB swings 70/53

Every round, add one more deadlift and one more hang power clean. Record total reps!

Round 2: 2,2,10; Round 3: 3,3,10; Round 4: 4,4,10; Round 5: 5,5,10… etc. How far can you get?

Intention: Conviction.

Option 1: 135/95
Option 2: Weights of choice.

Advanced: 185/135
Endurance: 95/65. 53/35.
