In 1999, shortly before his 14th birthday, Ret Thomas, a student and athlete at Hilton Head Prep was diagnosed with Ewing’s Sarcoma. Ret lost his year-long battle in April 2000, just after his 15th birthday. Ret’s final wish to his family was, “Give Back.”

Events like this one make Ret’s final wish possible and his spirit lives on with your participation. CTF: Home of CrossFit Hilton Head is honored to be a part of it.

2016’s RET event will benefit The Grace Hanson Sulak Memorial Foundation.
